The strength and safety of your pool fence depends totally upon your fence support posts. They must endure ongoing forces of tension as well as shock. Protect-A-Child's Quad-Bilt™ composite posts have the strength and durability to support tension and flex with shock but will not become bent like aluminum posts. Independent testing shows our Quad Bilt™ composite posts to be stronger and more shock resistant than all other pool fence support posts on the market - be they aluminum or composite.

Protect-A-Child's Quad Bilt™ composite posts are unique. Our trademarked pool fence posts have been developed and engineered with a special "Quad Bilt" process. This process provides special composite materials formed in a specific pattern with high strength resins and UV inhibitors that provide better strength, flex resistance, and longevity than ordinary fiberglass tubes. We have been producing them since 1991 with incredible success proving them to be superior to the commonly available pool fence post option in every way.

Won't become bent or crooked. Mesh pool fence posts are under constant stress - especially when the fence changes direction and turns around corners. Children running into or falling against them test their strength every day. A primary benefit of our composite post is its flexural strength. Just as a stiff fishing rod can flex continually and rigorously yet maintain its strength, resiliency, and integrity - so it is with Protect-A-Child's Quad-Bilt™ composite posts. Compare this to aluminum fence posts. Metal aluminum posts under constant stress eventually "set" into a bent position leaving the fence weakened, crooked, and unsightly. When a child bumps into an aluminum fence post (especially one under strain) the result is often a bent, if not broken, post.

When you consider that the bottom screw hole in the post has weakened the metal exactly at the fulcrum point, you can see how easily aluminum post fences bend or break, leaving your fence crooked and unsightly or just plain unsafe.

A black metal aluminum pool fence post and molding sitting in the hot sun all day becomes so hot it can burn little fingers. Our composite posts do not become hot so you don't have to worry that your child might touch, or lean up against a hot pool fence post.

"Built-in" color rather than a "painted-on" finish.
Color finishes applied to aluminum pool fence support posts and moldings are painted on or coated over a silver metal. These finishes can scratch and flake leaving your fence looking worn. By comparison, the color of Quad-Bilt™ fiberglass composite pool fence posts and moldings are "built in" with colored resins. So it will never chip, peel, or flake off. Quad-Bilt™ composite fiberglass pool fence posts are also impervious to the elements so corrosion will never be a problem. This gives you a lasting, attractive appearance and true value.

Does not conduct electricity.
Our composite fiberglass pool fence posts are 100% non metallic so they do not conduct electricity. This is very important when your fence installation must meet the National Electrical Code. This Code prohibits any un-bonded metal (such as an aluminum pool fence post) from being inserted into your pools patio within 5' of the water's edge.

PVC coated polyester mesh colors: transparent black, brown, or desert tan.
Optional border colors: white, tan, brown, and black.
